Program Manager

Jen Juliano, PMP, serves as Program Manager for Goldbelt Glacier’s OCONUS Navy and Air Force healthcare contracts supporting military treatment facilities throughout Japan. She oversees program execution, workforce management, contract operations, and customer engagement, ensuring high-quality healthcare staffing and operational support for service members, their families, and military medical teams.

With more than 10 years of experience managing complex federal, state, local, and private-sector contracts, Jen has successfully led large, multidisciplinary teams while driving operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Goldbelt, she managed contracts supporting the Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Health Agency’s Medical Q-Coded Services contracts for the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force.

Jen is known for building strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders, developing innovative solutions to operational challenges, and delivering mission-focused results. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Journalism from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
