During the recent The Joint Commission inspection, Tiffany Smith was honored in front of the entire Medical Group for her outstanding leadership of the Disease Management Program. The program was identified as one of the best within the Department of War, a distinction that reflects the high standards, dedication, and innovation Tiffany brings to patient care. The Joint Commission, which upholds rigorous standards for quality, safety, and patient-centered care across healthcare organizations, recognized the program for its exemplary performance and alignment with these principles.
